To all of you thinking about buying these windows DON'T.I just had 3 customers call me all windows had craked frames,It was not the installation
it's the window.Not my customers till now, Thank You .

I used them in an unheated breezeway at a prior home. I would not have considered using them in a heated space. I was not impressed with the quality. You get what you pay for.

Agreed. I work for H Depot's competitor and often people would come to me and want me to "meet and beat" their pricing. I usually told them to forget it due to the poor quality, and people would then proceed to call me all kind of names. I know that they wish they'd listened to me now, lmao!

:blah: . :rolleyes: My father in-law has had his for 8 years, my brother in-law for 1 yr, & I just put 8 of them in last weekend, casements & double hungs....all new contruction. Well constructed, went smooth, look awesome. My father is a 59 yr old carpenter who has done it all, own business for 20 yrs, union, historical restoration, etc. He is a Pella guy & urged to me to go that route. Money was tight so the $1500 I would save was a huge issue. He was impressed with the quality. Still is a Pella guy but these are decent windows.
