I have a friend that wants an existing window blocked up but to leave the window in place. Any ideas on how to do this? I was going to make a 2X2 frame and place it about 2"s from the window and screw that in place...then screw a peice of painted(white...black would generate too much heat) plywood onto that. Does anyone see any probs with that?
