We have these 40 year old awning style windows that don't seal all the way and lets a lot of heat through. We are currently looking to replace all of these windows with single hung windows with a LOE2 rated window.

I am thinking of doing the install myself, but I am unable to find any guides, or instructions or anything on how to remove the old window and install the new one in a concrete block home. Anyone have any resources for me - websites or anything that can give me an idea on how this is done??
