Hi
need an car alarm for my new Toyota ,
need help with
1. finding an unbiased resource for product comparison,- any website, magazines ?
2. what is pro and cons of buying the alarm(brand is Karr Security) from car dealer who sells me the car, versus from outside vendor?

3. Any brands that are user friendly, reliable and hard to crack by car thieves?

Automobile alarms are not my turf by a long shot. There may be a few gear heads out there that have a clue. Heck, I don't have an alarm in my vehicle.

All I can suggest is checking some of the automotive forums.
