had a close lightning strike. outside unit (rheem) fan works but compressor does not come on. 5 min timer is not the issue. contactor has a bypass (direct wire from one side of compressor contact to the other side) on it so i don't think this is the problem either. The pressure reset button does not seem to do anything.
