Searching the internet for this item has been a challenge. Andersen Windows and Doors website is either not compatible with MacIntosh or is just not there, aside from their corp. page which does not take me to replacement hardware. Point is, I need only 1 piece of the Metro Collection Tribeca hardware. The weak molded steel shaft busted. Don't want to pay over 100.00 for the entire set. Any suggestions?

Go to the public library and get on the net using a PC.

It is there now. Cut and paste this link into your browser window, then hover over the service tab to get see the parts. Viewability should be a function of your browser not your platform. Unless your browser is old or does not have a required plugin, you should be able to see it.
