Hi, I am trying to sell my old bedroom set but need to fix a few things first. When I was in high school I used to dye my hair with this pink/red Manic Panic hair dye. This was not permanent hair dye you buy at the store but is gooier. Anyhow I have some drops of it on the surface and I have tried to get it up with ajax and non acetone nail polish remover but it has not worked. The surface is wicker and if I used something and it rubs off the coating, I can replace with some laquer spray. I need quick help!

If wicker is painted, seal spots where there is hair dye with a couple coats of primer/sealer to prevent dye from bleeding through. Then, touch up affected areas or spray paint the entire piece of wicker. Freshly painted wicker will likely bring a higher price.
