I just removed brick veneer from my kitchen wall and I can not remove the motar. :wall: It is hard and looks like tar. When I tried to remove it some of the drywall came off with it. The wall with the window is drywall and the other wall is concrete. I would like to put new tile on the wall. Can I apply the new tile over the black tar like substance or is there a way to remove it? :(
