I want to hang some Effectiv units from my drywall walls

My dad is all about finding the studs. It doesn't seem like it should matter to me THAT much. The studs just don't match the holes right.
The approximate weight of an empty unit is 40 lbs. This measures 33.5W x 16.5H into it will go CDs, binders, books, etc. There are holes built-in for 2 screws

Heinrich,
Dad knows what he is talking about.
That forty pound wall unit could easily weigh double that when loaded which drywall would never hold..
If the studs don't line up you could make new holes in the back to better align with the studs.
