I have a read alot of posts on people using those peel and stick tiles on the bbathroom floor and how wonderful they are.But I was wondering about water getting in the" seams"(between each tile?Could this end of being a big problem later on?(mold).I have 3 children and bath times can get pretty wet. Thanks

From a professional stand point and as a home owner STAY AWAY from those cheap garbage DIY short cuts like these peel and stick tiles. They will look good initally after you install them-cuz it's new. Give it one year, especially around the tub area with your small children and your previous "good looking" floor will start to look terrible. It's a great short cut for landlords or people who buy, fix, then dump houses. But for the long haul, get a good single peice linolieum and be done.

Shop around for installers, locally an average bathroom gets laid for only $80. Check the homecenter building area as they often have business cards or know installers that will treat you right.

ditto

I"ve installed them three times.

It doesn't even take a year for them to shrink.. just a tiny bit. Enough to expose some glue, and every piece of dirt will get stuck. Better off with the solid sheet.
