Here is a two part question. . .

I have all of this Drywall Dust on my floor, whats the best method to cleaning this mess up.

Second question, What brand of Primer should I use on the drywall. I will be going to either Home Depot or Lowes.

It is hard to get up all the dust. I would sweep what I could, maybe mop the rest. I 'm not very familiar with lowes and h depot's wall primers. There are basically 2 types of drywalll primer. One is a sealer and the other a high build leveler [like USG first coat]. A good primer will make the top coat look better and at times wear/wash better.
