I have a brand new pot just taken out of the box. I decided to wash it in the dishwasher with all the other dishes, but when it finished washing it did not wash of the soap from the pot. Now my brand new pot has a dishwasher soap stain on it. Can anyone help me? I am really angry because the soap stain burnt on the pot. The pot is a circulon non-stick sautee pan. Thanks a bunch.

Circulon pots and pans, like all hard-anodized pans, need to be hand-washed. The combination of dishwashing detergent and high heat in a dishwasher can ruin the exterior surface. Also, using wood or plastic utensils are recommended for use on nonstick surfaces.
