HI anyone,
I am trying to sand flooring in the upstairs of my new house. the flooring that went down is white deal t&G. I initially put a coat of varnish on this to protect it when the plasterers arrived.
But now I want to remove it and is proving very difficult. I think the boards have a slight concave in them. I have tried the makita hand belt sander. which is ok but proves extremely time consuming. I have also tried the pad sander industrial but this will not remove the coat of varnish also.
What options do I have left.?? Is the belt sander my last option.
Thanks anyone.
