When you replace the inside a-frame coil is it necessary to pull a vacuum on the system to insure all the air and possible moisture is gone before charging the system with freon? If so what is the possible damages that could happen if all the air and moisture are not removed prior to adding freon.

yes you have to do a vacuum frist of all if you dont you wont have room for freon the air will say its full .and the more you get out the beter it cools 5 mic but it sounds like your going to try this your self dont if you dont know what your doing you could kill your self thats why they have laws to tell you you cant do it with out licence
