Can any body explain dot and dab, I have an idea what it is but how many dots to a sheet of p/board and is it a special adhesive, Telboy

hi
Well for me
dot = you used a caulking tube and make a spot of adhesive
dab = used a piece wood shim and take some adhesive from a pail or gallon and smak a good size of adhesive on it
