I am getting ready to install travertine tile in my kitchen with a concrete floor. I have removed all the old vinyl. My next steps are as follows-
>Install a slip sheet (there are some cracks and we have problems with foundation moving)
>install tile with modified thin set, 1/8 inch grout lines
>Seal tile with Aqua sealer
>Grout and seal again
Is there anything I missed? Flaws in my plan of attack?
I have installed some ceramic tile, but this will be the first time for travertine.
Thanks
Dave

What slip sheet?, use a membrane instead, such as Ditra or Nobleseal.
