Is there any way to "rejuvenate" a 12volt (like a motorcycle) lawn tractor battery? It seems to work ok for starting, but then dies/gets weak quickly if you have to crank just a bit longer then normal to start sometimes. I've charged it on a charger, but it makes no difference. Maybe it's just time to buy a new one...
Thanks for any help you can give me.

I've gotten from one to three years on M/C and lawn tractor batteries. They get a lot more shaking than a car battery, and I suspect are not built as well. Sounds like you have an internal short in the battery plates. Best, safest -is to replace it.
