I have a Maytag side-by-side refrigerator. It has ice and water dispenser on the left door. It dispenses water fine but ice door does not open though ice comes out of the bin and drops into the chute. I'm not sure how it suppose to work (it should open automatically or there should be some lever) since it came with the house when we bought it..

Any help to resolve this issue??
