I am repairing some walls in my home , they are tongue and groove cedar.This cedar is of course aged and is sort of a nicotene brown color.How can I age the replacement white cedar ?

The only thing I know to do is apply a thinned down coat of stain colored to match.

You can try baking them in the sun. In the process, hose them down LIGHTLY a few times. Your goal is to get the photoreactive parts to "tan" and the rest of it to oxidize a little.
Or secondly, you can try fuming the wood with ammonia. Ammonia tends to darken wood that has tannins (I think cedar does, not sure). My lazy self would just take a cedar plank and wipe some ammonia on it full strength (beware the nostrils, it's horrid stuff) and see what happens. Otherwise, check this article out and get the jist. A big rubbermaid container or huge cooler would also work well.

Cedar has tannins - that is what gives everyone a fit when they try to paint cedar white [without plenty of the right primer first]
