Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After last night lightening storm, I can't clear any alarms from my system. I removed the +wire from the bat and the AC plug to shut this thing up.
The alarms are ( FC #91, 99, Zone 6F, dl, #70) I also can't remove the ALPHA words that are showing on the display (INSTANT, STAY) There has only been CHIME and AC and We only have used this for windows and doors. We like it that way. This unit has never been ALARMED and now it is! It only said it was READY before.
How can I DISARM the darn thing?
Can someone Please help!

Try restoring power. Within 50sec, press * + # at the same time. It should come up in program mode. Press #20. It will read back the installer code, one digit at a time. Press *99 to return to run mode. It _should_ be disarmed at this point. Once you get your hands on at least the user manual (a free download from the Ademco/Honeywell website), we can at least help you get a usable master code.
If it doesn't clear after exiting program mode, then there's a real problem, the control may be damaged, and need a new motherboard.
