Is there a rule of thumb for estimating the cost of material and labor for installing drywall?
I am looking for the hanging cost including the drywall and separately the taping and finishing cost. A per square foot price for hanging and a per linear foot price for taping and finishing would be helpful.

A lot depends on the amount of drywall to be installed, the number of joints, and corners.
I have no clue what it would be separately, but all inclusive would be between approx. $1 to $1.50 per square foot...but could be as high as $2.00.
