Maytag dishwasher little over one year old.
Don't use it much. Comes in handy when company is over.
Has been leaving an odor lately.
Machine is kept super clean at all times.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Since you don't use it often, that may be the problem. You may also have sewer gas coming back into the DW if the drain line is improperly installed (behind the trap of the sink it ties into) or if there is no high loop from the sink drain to the DW. This is why air gaps have become code in most States. Good luck.
