Greenhouses, Sheds and Sun Rooms - Shed Floor

Simplicity is what I seek.

I have a rubbermaid big max ultra shed - 7X10.6. My idea is to get a metal arrow foundation that adjusts to the size of the big max ultra. Set that on earth, level it, use crushed rock as an underfloor, place plywood over the rock (maybe) and then place the rubbermaid commercial hard rubber/resin floor over the plywood.

Is this too simple to be effective?

Any thoughts?

Just offhand, can you tell me where you purchased the shed. I've been looking around everywhere for the Big Max Ultra Shed, and just can't find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

If it's really simplicity that you want - You can build a frame out of pressure-treated lumber (2x4 x 8' - cut down to your 7' length.) Place these on 16" centers to make it as deep as you need it (10'6"?), then the whole assembly on (2) 4"x4" x 10' beams (skids).

Square it up (measure diagonals) and then nail down plywood flooring. Then you can set your Rubbermaid structure on top.


The end result should look like this (this is a 8x10 base that I put an 8x8 building on)
