Hi, I didn't know where to place this thread.
Im going to install a newell post, balusters and top rail...
What is the code height from the floor to the top of the top rail...

you should check with your local building inspector (building zoning office).
It could be different for your area.
However it is typically 36 to 38 inchs from finished floor to top of handrail.
you can go higher but thats a min. good luck
