Removing Baldwin double cylinder deadbolt

I just bought a house and thought I would rekey all my locks. They are all Balwin locks. The regular door locks are fairly easy but my front door also has a double cylinder Baldwin deadbolt that for the life of me I can't figure out how to remove.

These are low profile, they only stick out about 1/2" on each side. There are no visible screws. The decorative ring on the inside seems securly attached. Doesn't seem to unscrew or pry off.

I've removed the two screws from the door edge, where the bolt is but there isn't much play and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to insert a small allen wrench as other post mention for other brands of deadbolts.

Help, I'm really stumped.

King Kong must have screwed it on the first time. Anyway, I owe thanks to schiejr who posted the Baldwin 800 number in another message. To reprint, Baldwin cust support is 1-800-566-1986. I called Baldwin and they assured me that the inside trim ring unscrewed.

I had to use a very thin square of rubber, held in my hand, to get maximum grip on the inside trim ring. After turning hard enough to make the veins pop out in my head, it finally gave way on the fifth try.

Once the ring was off, the rest was a piece of cake. :)
