We moved into a home with a Radionics D6112. It’s not activated with any monitoring service yet. It has been FALSE-ALARMing recently, perhaps due the recent hot weather; no false alarm in previous seasons.
I've tried to disconnect the battery supply from D6112, but the KEYPAD still ALARM, so I disconnected the power to the KEYPAD, but now the D6112 ALARM goes off. So I cut the power to this section in the house's electrical panel.
Advance thanks on any direction or advice HOW to trouble-shooting the FALSE ALARMs and How to TURN the whole system OFF completely, for now.

All security panels power down in basically the same way. Unplug the battery leads, and unplug the power transformer from the outlet it's plugged into. If, for some reason, you can't find the power plug, inside the cabinet is a set of leads on the terminal strip(s) usually marked on the system diagram or panel labeling as AC input. It's only 16vac, so it's safe to handle, removing any one of the two leads will kill the system. Just wire nut or tape the end so it doesn't short against anything.

The most likely reason for a false alarm on a disarmed system is smoke detectors. If you have such an alarm, look at your smoke detectors, if the LED is on steady, then the detector is probably contaminated with dust, dirt or damp.

Radionic panels are tough to trouble shoot sight unseen. They don't have the most user friendly interface, and are difficult to reprogram without specific tools or software.
