I have wood paneling wood frame window, light fixture, stainless steel sink, and black floor, what color is best for the top half of the walls and ceiling?

is the wood stained or painted? what color?
what style do you want - contemporary, country, rustic, etc????
any color will work with black, so you need to pick a color YOU like, and that works with whatever STUFF you have (towels, shower curtain, the bedding in the adjoining room, or the sofa in the living room, etc....)
the choices are unlimited at this point.
