I have a 1998 Nissan outboard 15HP. The engine starts and runs good at full throttle. The problem is when at idle speed and in gear it rattles the entire boat,give it some gas and it smooths out. The top spark plug looks to be firing better than the bottom one,it looks black and oily. PLEASE advise! grhow
