My Whirlpool fridge has been collecting water in the bottom drawes. I believe that the fridge might be slightly unlevel. Would this cause this problem?

A clogged drain. If your lucky, your drain is visible and attached to the rear of the outside cabinet. Remove one clamp, remove drain, blow it out, reinstall it.
