I want to install a ceramic countertop to my existing countertop, but have found that the tile will scratch. I have found a two part product that is mixed and poured over the surface for bars, but am afraid it will spread to the other part of the counter and harden. I have thought about polyeuthane on the tile, but am not sure it will adhere to the tile. I might just place a sheet of plexiglass on the tils to prevent scratching. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has attemted this FEAT.
