Hi,

Earlier today I tossed a small rubber ball across the room for thr cat to chase. The ball bounced and hit the top of the tv. As soon as it struck, the tv immediately went blank. Treid turning it on, and still doesnt work. THEN, I un-plugged it for a while, and now when it is plugged in, it emmits a repetitive beeping noise from inside the tv while it off? What is that beep all about? Ohh and I just got the tv 2 months ago. Thanks for your help!

Hmm i think i want this small rubber ball for analysis, maybe i can patent the secret technology it has for military uses. Sounds like you have a maunfacturers defect product good thing it is underwarranty.

Yeah, but the thing that sucks is I cannot find the receipt. Guess I chalk this one up as a loss huh?

You can always look in the yellow pages for a tv repair shop

Check with the store where you bought it. They usually keep records of sales and should be able to provide you with proof of purchase.
