Hello everyone,
I need some help with my washer machine , I have a Whirpool direct-drive Model LSQ8512KQO, only about four years old. It will fill up , agitate, but won't drain and enter the rinse cycle. If I move the timer, I can get it to drain and spin. It just won't rinse. I've tried all of the cycles and it happens on all of them. It also seems to be making kind of a scrapping noise when it agitates. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
