I have been reading the various ways to clean and stain my 15 year old, never-used-for-a-car garage floor which has never been sealed. It has old paint in the concret (absorbed) from years passed. Also, it has blow-over from my recent texture job. What would be the easiest way to get this down to clean concrete? thanks

Pressure wash it.

Ok...that's one way but I've neglected to mention that I wanted to protect the textured, unfinished walls (its going to be converted to livable space). What about grinding or acid. pros-con...thanks

Cover the walls with thick plastic, about 2 -3 feet up. You'll be ok unless you just cannot control the wand.
Grinding is an option.
