There is heavy condensation of the outside of the top and botton of my Trane air handler. The air handler is 8 months old and installed in the craw space under my home, which is well ventilated.

Does anyone know the cause of the condensation and how to correct the problem? Thank you.

If the crawl space is ventilated with outdoor air that could be your problem right there. That's the old school thought of treating a crawl space. Now we close them up completly and put plastic down on the ground and up the wall about 10". Then glue styrofoam insulation all around the exposed walls and seal any penetrations.
