Intends to replace existing metal shed on cement slab with one of wood. Size 12' by 12'. How do I attach the wall frames to the ready cement slab? Please give as much details as possible. Many thanks.

Welcome to the forum
You can drill and use 'tap cons' [screws], there are also other concrete fastners to choose from at most hardware stores [including lowes and h-depot]. Be sure to use treated lumber for the bottom plate.
