i have rust marks appearing on my front exterior walls i am trying to find out why this is happening any suggestions how to stop these appearing or why thry are appearing?

What are the walls constructed of?

Anchors, durowall, lintels, any of these can cause the rust problem, go to Prosoco.com and there is a product used for removing rust stains.
