I woke up this morning and put my 12 year old Sony Trinitron 27" on to find it is now a black & white...no more color. Any ideas anyone??

Simple things to try or look at -

Using a cable box ? or RF mod ?

Check wires or try another cable box or RF mod, these fail alot more than you think.

Yes, check the wires to make sure they are plugged in tight and not damaged. I had a similar problem on my 36" tv. Turns out my wife had moved it to clean and the s-video cable was almost out of the socket.
