Bradford White Mod#MITW503S5CX-6 a 50gal LP gas HWT
Pilot keeps going out. Replaced thermocouple and it lights easier but
I hear a click and the gas to both burner and pilot goes off.
The exhaust fan seems to be working OK and exhaust is strong.
I also notice some change of the pressure to the burner at times.
Sound like the gas valve?????

The thermocouple sends a signal to the gas valve through the control box. It tells the valve to open when there is a pilot ligh lit. It sounds as if the control is not getting or transmitting the signal to the gas valve. Good luck.

Update: WD-40

I understand...Thanks
The last time I lite the tank I noticed that the Pilot button was slow to recover to the original position. WD-40 solved that problem and the tank has not been a problem. LOL. It is still HOT WATER!!!!!!

Sometimes we get strange problems or solutions. This is one of them. Glad it works.
