Need help in submitting avg bid for glazing home

I am in the process of submitting a proposal for a 4000 sq.ft. home. This will include all the rooms/ceilings/doors/baseboards in single glaze same color. How should i break down cost avg per sq.ft? Avg for doors single glaze and baseboards. No base coat needed but for future reference what is avg for this per sq.ft.
