I have a 35 year old terrazzo shower base. It is worn and ugly. I would like to refinish it, if possible, because it appears to be very solid. I thought of reglazing it with an epoxy reglaze kit from Zyolyte at the Home Depot, but I'm not sure how long it would last. Any recommendations on what I could do. Should I break it up an replace it with a new shower base, or could something be done to restore it?
