Hi all,
I have purchased in- speakers for my surround sound. When installing these, do I want to have the insulation tight around them, or give them room?
One theory I heard is that if air is left around the speaker, it uses it as sort of a larger cabinet....with better results.
Anyone have first-hand knowledge? My setup is front in-walls, and rear in-ceiling due to design constraints.
thanks!
just by coincidence, if you got your speakers from htd.com I'd be interested in knowing what you think of them.
