I am getting ready to install a new ceramic tile floor and my problem is that if I do this with my 3/4 underlay plus the thickness of the tile, will I be able to remove my dishwasher down the road if it goes bad? It looks like I'll have it blocked in with the new floor.

It is possible you won't be able to remove your dishwasher (it happens). The floor height should not raise above 1/2" plus the thichness of the tile.

You could remove the cabinets and tile under them (a pain) or you could loosen the counter top and slightly lift it up to remove the dishwasher.

Check the minimum clearance needed on your dishwasher to remove it and compare it to the clearance you will have after tile installation.

Sometimes you can screw the legs of the dishwasher up,try doing this, you might be able to install the backerboard and tile under the legs,if you are able to do this you should not have a problem removing the dishwasher in the future.
