I've spilled navy blue paint on my white tile floor. It came right off the tile, but the grout has absorbed the paint. What to do? Can I clean it, or paint over it?

Hope you have some grout left over or you can get some. If its on the floor, its probably a sanded grout
Go to a home store and get a small grout saw and saw the painted grout out. Clean up the mwss and regrout the joints. It may not match perfectly but it will look better than blue painted grout.
