I didn't complain. I simply told the facts.As I said, it was the distributers tech that said it would fail every 2-3 years.

While maybe Hanks words were taken out of context, and maybe a single post would have been better. I do find his information educational. Many times new technology leaves the consumer to foot the bill. I would hope that this forum provides directions when needed to members questions. For example:
Would it be appropriate to recommend one heater over another lets say if I was going to install it in a dusty environment? And if so and explaining your reason for your choice, would this be bashing? Or would it be better to be silent about your experience and let the consumer make his own mistakes?
