I found out the hard way that your temp variation on a well is unbearable in the shower with a tankless water heater unless you get a neat item called a CycleStop valve for the well-head. About $150, it eliminates your pump cycling on and off which causes the surges. Worked out great for me.PS...I have no financial interest in the company that makes and sells them.
