We just installed some 13" x 13" floor tiles and grouted. When the grout dried, some grout pulled away or cracked along around the corner of the tile.
1. What may have caused this? (I am thinking that that area may have had a little grout go into that joint area and dried before I could come back around and fill that joint with grout before finishing up the room.)
2. How do I repair it?????
Any and all help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

I'm thinking you mixed it to watery. But to fix it use a grout saw or whatever is handy to remove loose grout. Then mix the same batch or grout but use the acrylic substitute instead of water.
