I have a 1986 30 hp Johnson outboard that seems to be running fine. I just noticed cooling water is no longer streaming from beneath the engine head but does consistently discharge from the exhaust portal. The impeller is less than three years old. I don't have a clue how to diagnose/fix this problem except the that discharge hose is not clogged. Can someone help me with a solution?
