1994 Chevy truck motor/trans swap

I purchased a 92 motor and trans with the transfer case to put in a 94 Z-71. I am wondering if any one has done this and what problems I am going to have? The trans is the 4l60 and not the 4l60E like the one in the truck. I am thinking about just finding another trans.
