1990 jimmy tailgate window

my 1990 full-size jimmy tailgate window will not go down. it is a power window. if you hit the switch you can hear it try to work. i took off the inside panel and hit the switch, you can see the cable move to roll it down, but no dice. can anyone help? :wall:

sounds like the cable snaped ware it conects to the window you may have to get a light and take a look up where it connects
