Hello, My 12,000 BTU Six year old Carrier window air conditioner has started making a screeching noise in the "control box" area when I first turn the unit on and especially when I turn the temperature up. Now the unit has stopped producing cold air? Is there a fuse in the control box I can change? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
